Sara Vizcarra is receiving a scholarship to attend a summer program....at OXFORD UNIVERSITY!
She received the Billingsley/Burns Award for International Studies and will attend a program called "The Oxford Tradition" to study Sociology.
The award is given in a partnership with the Young Women's Preparatory Network.
